Guide to a Clan Phisher.
Hey everyone, decided to make a tutorial on Phishing. Obviously use at your own risk. This is all for RuneScape. It is made by JaGeX Ltd. Consider this free advertising. (For entertainment purposes only.)
So basically in 5 easy steps you can get the lewts! Obviously it won't be easy the first time, but you will get used to it.
Okay you will need a phisher, basically a "join a clan on the RuneScape Forums" type.
I suggest you take a good look at this one. It is very detailed. 100% accurate. Click Here.

HOSTING:
Many people come to me and say, "Where should I host? I keep getting banned! Please help."
Heres the answer - When you sign up for "free php hosting" it is automatically going to say NO PHISHING! It is illegal and you can get sent to jail for up to 10 years. Yea for RuneScape REALLY? Nahh, jack shit will happen :P.
You may get caught and banned, just make a new account and re-upload.

Yea, I know they have advertisements on the bottom, but downies will think its just RuneScape paid advertisements.
If you don't use Php it really kinda fails, but you can use x10hosting (BTW: I used x10, got banned in 15 minutes.) CBF
Make sure you are on an IP Changer, this can get all your accounts on that IP banned.
Okay hosting... check... phisher... check.... ipchanger... check.... ready set go!
Oh and have a spare friend also doing this with you, goes by a lot faster. More profit. Even though you split it.
2.0 - Spotting
Okay, spotting.
A high level account - 120-138
Why?
When recruiting as a clan leader you must be rich (50-100m is fine) and you must be a LEADER, the HIGHEST RANK. :)
Okay bascially I suggest you all go and do this. Go World 2 and borrow a rare HAT. AKA: Santa or a Phat.
Do not and I mean DO NOT borrow a H'ween mask! You look like a downie, pures and skillers wear that crap it fails. Not a high level. (In case you cant get that, wear full infinity, it looks a lot better.)
Of course not everyone has chaotic, but think about the bandos, the whip the nice shields etc. (Don't wield a GodSword they look nubish. Only 2 Handed Item I would wear is Chaotic.)
Net value: 50m
The Welfare Style
A nice outfit, thats not even a blessed spirit shield, you can replace that with a d sq + (or) kit. Whip obviously nice. Worth it too. If you can borrow Bandos Tassets, and get a Torso. Yea, I replaced those d bewts with white ones. ;)
Net Value: 3m-10m
With any of those outfits you will be in good shape.
Well, where are all the nubs in the world? G.E.! (No not General Electric)
Well, look for the richest highest level nub. (WTF NERD? RICH = SMART! HIGH LEVEL = SMART!)
When starting off go for level 90s-110s
When getting better go for level 100s-120s
When pro go for level 110s-130s (MAX)
Yea I'm serious. One time I took a risk. Went for a level 121 with a Runecrafting cape/Fishing cape + Pro gear. (175m phish :) FIELD DAY) Of course I got him.
But here are some people I would go for:
Okay now that you have spotted your target, compliment/talk to them for a minute or so. It gets them comfortable with you. Then ask, "Hey, bro wanna join our Pvm/Skilling clan? You'd be beastly!!!" Sound like a tasty nut rider.
If he says yes:
Say kk, join my friend's cc, or pm my friend. (I suggest Pm, because once you phish a person they tend to camp in your cc.)
If he says no:
Reason: I'm already in a clan, I'm about to join a better one.
Try to convince him if hes really juicy loot.
Reason: No Nub.
Unfortunately Give Up =/
You did a great job if you succeeded on this step, time to let your trustworthy friend, lure him to the site.
3.0 - Launching site
Now your friend has to lure the guy to the site. This guy will be a level 3 standing in lumbridge in an f2p world. Every single guy that I have even tried/gotten has not looked me up not even once so you should be fine.

This can be one of the easiest and the hardest steps. Here is why.
First of all once you get the account you shouldn't even think about logging in for at least 24 hrs. I suggest, if you do want to login, do it at the main menu, and check his/her adventure log. That's what I always do. So you really cant wait? Well here's your solution.
First:
Items needed: DDoser, Long IP
Okay, I'm not saying that I have ever used a a ddoser from my IP, but I have used this method. Basically right after you get the account and you ddos them for 3 minutes and login see what it has and then log out.
Heres why you need/should have a long IP. Most of the time when you have a static ip its long like 23-245-159-1593.comcast.wy.com or whatever. Most people will have this, there are a rare few dynamics' that will have just like 67.4.1.3 and because of that it seems more suspicious. Try to IP change to long if this is in your case.
Now heres why this work very well. When a person dc's he tries to get in really fast. *FLASH 2 PANIC* It really helps in distracting and they dont look at the IP as often :)
This is probably the HARDEST out of all steps. There are always ways to xfer in RuneScape, GE, Etc. Many ways aren't *legal* and can get you banned. Most of them get fixed, like the removing, adding, friend, trade limit. Worked for a HUGE time. Now its fixed.
Here is a not 100% chance but works. get 100 ep. go f2p and ull have 600. then kill the account with whatever it has. Here is another one. Get 100ep and (I never tested this f2p, but i know it works p2p) kill the account as many times until you are 0 ep. Only let the account have 76k-150k. You most of the time get the stuff/cash value. (I did this with 5m, got 4.4m of it) not bad just took a while (had a friend helping)
*Takes 3ep per revenge kill*
Since the wilderness + free trade is coming back many people are gonna be transferring. It seems really odd for having 10-100 accounts all trading stuff to same account. So because of that you need a 3rd wheel. You should have 1 account, kinda poor but active. Trade it all to that begging friends n shit. Once there start to tell ur friends that your quitting RuneScape *this can all happen in one hr or so* and then just give it all to a friend *your self*. And you shouldn't get banned at all.
The other method in the wilderness it just killing the person for his items. This is easy, camp a spot where people aren't at. :)

Like I said, you dont have to have the phat a santa or infinity hat would look nice, also a nice cape, purple/white. (Try not to use an attack/str cape. Anything related to dragon looks nubish, grey is in :) also spirit shields even an arcane or spectral look bewutiful.)
Net Value: 120m-600m (Depending if you borrow your rare.)
Outfit Two:
The Leader Style

4.0 - Getting the lewts
